Abstract

This study aims to develop a business simulation model based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) that integrates Islamic values to enhance the entrepreneurial competence of Islamic Education Guidance and Counseling (BKPI) students. The main focus of this development is on strengthening Self-Efficacy, understanding Islamic business ethics, and spiritual resilience based on the concepts of tawakkal (reliance on God) and ikhtiar (utmost effort). A descriptive qualitative research method was employed. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with entrepreneurship practitioners and BKPI experts, and documentation of students' business feasibility studies. The results indicate that PjBL-based business simulations integrated with spiritual values can transform BKPI students' mindsets from a pragmatic orientation to a maslahah-based (public interest) orientation grounded in spirituality. This model is proven effective in mitigating hesitation in entrepreneurship, increasing the courage to make decisions based on Islamic ethical considerations, and fostering resilience in facing market dynamics. The implication of this study is the necessity for an entrepreneurship curriculum that not only focuses on business hard-skills but also systematically embeds spiritual resilience as the foundation of students' entrepreneurial character in Islamic educational environments.
