PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN JOB SATISFACTION TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PADA PT INDO MAJU SEJAHTERA

Abstract

In today's highly competitive and digital era, human resources serve as the core driver for corporate stability and growth, especially within logistics and distribution services such as PT Indo Maju Sejahtera. This study investigates the strategic influence of Work-Life Balance (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) toward Employee Performance (Y) at PT Indo Maju Sejahtera. Based on a preliminary internal audit, a visible drop in employee productivity alongside increased absenteeism and turnover rates has been observed over the last six months. This research deploys a quantitative causal-associative approach. The target population comprises 120 permanent employees, from which a representative sample of 92 respondents was drawn using the Slovin formula and Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Primary data collection was established via structured Likert-scale questionnaires. Data analysis was executed via Multiple Linear Regression, incorporating Classical Assumption Tests and hypotheses verification (t-test and F-test). The conceptual model establishes that both independent variables act as critical determinants in controlling burnout, work stress, and corporate commitment, ultimately driving the optimization of overall employee output quality and execution timeliness.
