Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tuntutan kerja pegawai non-medis RSI Jemursari akibat digitalisasi sistem rumah sakit, peningkatan beban administrasi, dan sistem kerja bergilir yang berpotensi memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pegawai non-medis RSI Jemursari. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sense of Coherence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Sense of Coherence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance, serta Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Selain itu, Work Life Balance terbukti memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Sense of Coherence terhadap Job Satisfaction. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi Sense of Coherence yang dimiliki pegawai, semakin baik Work Life Balance yang dimiliki sehingga mampu meningkatkan Job Satisfaction pada pegawai non-medis RSI Jemursari.References
