Abstract
Digital transformation has become a significant issue in the education sector as technological advancements continue to reshape teaching and learning practices. Educational institutions are encouraged to integrate digital technology into learning activities, school management, and student development programs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital education transformation at SMP Negeri 15 Mataram and examine its impact on the quality of learning and school culture. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews and observations conducted at the school. The findings indicate that the school has implemented various digital innovations, including digital-based examinations, online learning, educational applications, and the use of supervised Artificial Intelligence (AI). Furthermore, digital technology has been integrated into the "Healthy School Movement" program through a Google Form-based monitoring system. The implementation of digital transformation has contributed to enhanced learning effectiveness, improved digital literacy, strengthened collaboration among teachers, and the promotion of environmentally conscious behavior among students. The study concludes that digital transformation in education extends beyond mere technology adoption and plays a strategic role in fostering an innovative, adaptive, and sustainable school culture. Therefore, the school needs to continuously strengthen the digital competencies of both educators and students to maximize the future benefits of educational technology.
