PENGELOLAAN ISOLASI SOSIAL DENGAN TERAPI AKTIVITAS MELALUI AKTIVITAS FISIK JALAN SANTAI DAN SENAM PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI SOEROJO HOSPITAL

Abstract

Isolasi sosial merupakan masalah keperawatan yang sering ditemukan pada pasien skizofrenia. Kondisi yang ditandai dengan menarik diri dan kurangnya interaksi sosial ini dapat menghambat proses pemulihan pasien. Salah satu intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial adalah terapi aktivitas fisik berupa senam dan jalan santai.Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pengelolaan isolasi sosial melalui terapi aktivitas fisik pada pasien skizofrenia di RS Soerojo Magelang.Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada satu pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dokumentasi keperawatan, dan instrumen Questionnaire of Isolation Social (QIS). Intervensi senam dan jalan santai dilakukan bertahap selama 3 hari disertai penguatan positif.Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan pasien menyendiri, kontak mata kurang, dan skor QIS tinggi (isolasi sosial berat). Setelah intervensi, evaluasi hari ketiga menunjukkan perubahan: pasien bersedia mengikuti aktivitas, lebih kooperatif, ada kontak mata, minat berinteraksi meningkat, dan skor QIS menurun ke arah perbaikan.Kesimpulan dan Saran: Terapi aktivitas fisik berupa senam dan jalan santai efektif menurunkan gejala isolasi sosial dan meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi pasien. Disarankan bagi pihak RS untuk mengintegrasikan terapi fisik ini ke dalam jadwal kegiatan rutin pasien sebagai intervensi pendamping yang optimal.
