Abstract
This study examines the relationships between remote work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction among Indonesian gig workers on international digital platforms. A quantitative correlational design was used with 100 gig workers who had at least six months of platform work experience. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman’s rank correlation. The findings showed significant positive relationships among all three variables, with work motivation having the strongest relationship with job satisfaction. Respondents also reported very high levels of remote work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of work motivation and a supportive remote work environment in relation to job satisfaction among Indonesian gig workers.References
