Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji perkembangan penelitian serta hubungan antara Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Green Transformational Leadership (GTL), dan Green Innovative Work Behavior (GIWB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA terhadap 20 artikel yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2020–2025 dan diperoleh dari database Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa GHRM berpengaruh positif terhadap GIWB melalui praktik green recruitment, green training, green performance management, dan green reward. Selain itu, GTL berperan dalam meningkatkan inovasi hijau melalui penyampaian visi keberlanjutan, motivasi, serta dukungan terhadap kreativitas karyawan. Kajian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Ability–Motivation–Opportunity (AMO) Theory dan Social Exchange Theory (SET) merupakan teori yang paling banyak digunakan dalam menjelaskan hubungan antarvariabel. Penelitian mengenai integrasi GHRM, GTL, dan GIWB masih terbatas serta didominasi oleh pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan longitudinal atau mixed methods, khususnya pada konteks negara berkembang seperti Indonesia.
