DAMPAK SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI FARMACARE TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGENDALIAN STOK OBAT DI APOTEK X

Abstract

Pharmacies are pharmaceutical service facilities involved in managing pharmaceutical supplies, including drug stock control. Manual systems still in use often cause delays, inaccuracies, and data discrepancies. Farmacare is a cloud -based Pharmacy Management Information System designed to improve the effectiveness of drug stock control. This study analyzed the impact of Farmacare on drug stock control effectiveness and identified the factors influencing it based on user perceptions. A mixed methods approach with an explanatory sequential design was used. Quantitative data were analyzed using a One Group Pre-Post design on stock reports for three months before and after implementation, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three informants and analyzed thematically. The quantitative results showed that the TurnOver Ratio remained at 1.15 times (not effective), drug availability increased from 4.45 to 4.71 months (not effective), expired/damaged drugs decreased from 0.5% to 0% (effective), and dead stock decreased from 1.6% to 0% (effective). The qualitative results identified four influencing factors: technical, human, organizational, and environmental. It was concluded that Farmacare’s effectiveness is selective strong on indicators directly controlled by application features, but limited on indicators influenced by procurement decisions and market factors.
