ANALISIS KESALAHAN AFIKSASI DALAM KOMENTAR INSTAGRAM PADA KONTEN SADAM PERMANA
Main Article Content
Abstract
communication platforms for expressing opinions in written
form. However, language use on social media often does not
follow the standard rules of Indonesian, including in the use
of affixation. This study aims to describe affixation errors
found in comments posted by users on Sadam Permana's
Instagram account. The research employed a descriptive
qualitative method with data collected through observation
and note-taking techniques. The data consisted of 15 words
containing affixation errors found in Instagram comments. The results showed that the errors were dominated by the
use of nonstandard forms influenced by everyday spoken
language, such as the prefixes ng-, ny-, and the suffix -in.
The identified errors included mistakes in the use of
confixes, suffixes, and prefixes. These findings indicate that
language users on social media tend to prioritize practicality
and familiarity over adherence to standard Indonesian
language rules. Therefore, understanding the proper use of
affixation remains important to support effective and
appropriate written communication.
