PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DAN ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN DYNAMIC CAPABILITY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital and Entrepreneurial Leadership on company performance with Dynamic Capability as a mediating variable among MSMEs in DKI Jakarta. The study used a quantitative explanatory approach and survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 414 MSME respondents in DKI Jakarta and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The measurement model was evaluated through convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability, while the structural model was assessed using R-square and bootstrapping. The findings show that Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect on Dynamic Capability and company performance. Entrepreneurial Leadership also has a positive and significant effect on Dynamic Capability and company performance. Dynamic Capability has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Furthermore, Dynamic Capability significantly mediates the effects of both Intellectual Capital and Entrepreneurial Leadership on company performance. These findings indicate that MSME performance is strengthened not only by the quality of intangible resources and entrepreneurial leadership, but also by the organizational ability to adapt, integrate, and reconfigure resources in response to environmental changes.
