Paper ini membahas analisis mendalam mengenai model bisnis, produk, layanan, serta strategi teknologi dari SeaBank, salah satu bank digital terbesar di Indonesia yang merupakan bagian dari Sea Group. SeaBank menawarkan layanan perbankan tanpa kantor fisik dengan integrasi penuh melalui aplikasi, termasuk kolaborasi dengan marketplace Shopee. Dalam menghadapi tantangan seperti keamanan data, kepercayaan konsumen, dan persaingan pasar, SeaBank terus berinovasi melalui teknologi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana SeaBank membangun loyalitas nasabah, mengembangkan produk seperti SeaLoan dan SeaGold, serta mencapai tingkat brand awareness tinggi di kalangan generasi muda. Studi ini juga menilai kesiapan SeaBank dalam ekspansi serta peluang masa depan di industri perbankan digital Indonesia.
This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the business model, products, services, and technological strategies of SeaBank, one of Indonesia’s leading digital banks under the Sea Group. Operating without physical branches, SeaBank offers fully integrated mobile banking services, including collaboration with the Shopee marketplace. Facing challenges such as data security, consumer trust, and market competition, SeaBank continues to innovate through technology and human resource development. This study highlights how SeaBank builds customer loyalty, develops financial products like SeaLoan and SeaGold, and achieves high brand awareness among the younger generation. It also evaluates SeaBank’s readiness for expansion and its future opportunities in Indonesia's digital banking industry.
