PERUBAHAN PENGETAHUAN MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN TENTANG KESEHATAN MENTAL DAN RESILIENSI SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH SEMINAR INTERNASIONAL

Latar belakang: Kesehatan mental dan resiliensi merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan mahasiswa keperawatan yang menghadapi tuntutan akademik dan praktik klinik. Tujuan: Mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan mahasiswa keperawatan tentang kesehatan mental dan resiliensi sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti Seminar Internasional. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest pada 349 mahasiswa keperawatan. Pengetahuan diukur menggunakan 10 soal yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah seminar dan dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil: Rerata skor meningkat dari 8,53 ± 1,49 pada pretest menjadi 8,60 ± 1,41 pada posttest, dengan selisih 0,07 ± 1,28. Hasil uji menunjukkan p = 0,316 (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan skor pengetahuan secara deskriptif, tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik sebelum dan sesudah Seminar Internasional.References
